REFUND POLICY
All sales on hair extensions and wigs are final once you have received your package. At BonJo'r LLC we are committed to ensure that every customer has the ultimate hair experience. If you face any issues with your purchase, please feel free to contact us anytime, and we will prioritize responding within 24hrs.
Refunds will only be given if orders are incorrect due to the error of BonJo'r LLC.
Human hair extensions and wigs are considered to be a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene seriously and do not allow hair extensions or wigs to be returned or exchanged for the safety of our customers. If orders are incorrect due to the error of BonJo'r LLC, please contact us within 7 days upon receipt. Unauthorized returns will be refused and will not be issued a refund. so PLEASE CHECK YOUR SELECTION BEFORE ORDERING.
SHIPPING POLICY
All US orders will be shipped from our US warehouse. All orders made by 2pm CT
Monday-Friday will be processed the same day (except on national holidays), orders made after 2pm CT will be processed the following business day, (assuming Monday is not a national holiday, if it is on a national holiday, it will processed the
following business day). You will get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships! Note that time in transit does not include weekends or holidays, All delivery times are estimates. Typically it takes 3-5 days for deliveries. We use carrier's advertised service time as our estimated delivery time. BonJo'r LLC is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature. Undeliverable Packages A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for undeliverable shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any
refund or store credit.
